The Estates at Hillside, established in 2006, is a sought after neighborhood in Suwanee, Georgia. Located in South Forsyth county, our community features 40 custom built homes by Robert Harris Homes, each with large, 1/2+ acre, wooded lots. Home prices range from the 500’s to 800’s. Approximately 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, we are near local shopping, restaurants and recreation, with easy access to GA-400 and I-85.

In addition to Forsyth County Schools having the highest CCRPI score in Georgia and the highest graduate rate in metro-Atlanta, in 2015-16 FCS also had the highest ACT score and highest SAT math score in the state. Also, in comparison to metro-districts, the district had the highest SAT score. These accomplishments are because we have excellent teachers, hardworking students, and supportive parents and community business partners.

Directions to The Estates at Hillside: Travel 400 North to Exit 13 (Hwy 141) and turn right. Go approximately 3 miles to Sharon Road and turn left at the traffic light. Continue on Sharon Road as it merges onto Old Atlanta Road. Stay on Old Atlanta Road and The Estates at Hillside will be approximately 2 miles on the left.
