And if you haven't done so already, we also ask that you add your children's names and ages, as we use that information for graduation banners, etc.

Red Oak Sanitation is our new trash and recycling service provider and our “regular” pick-up day is now on Thursdays.
You can send an email to info@redoaksanitation.com, or call or text 678-455-7819 . By texting you will be opting in to Red Oak’s free text service. For other customer service issues, you can follow THIS LINK to choose from a list of options.

Forsyth County Water Restrictions
As of October 2023: Forsyth County is still on a non-drought water use schedule. This level allows all types of outdoor water use, but landscape watering only before 10 a.m. and after 4 p.m. daily. This is done to limit evaporation during the warmest part of the day.

As of October 2023:
- The road project is still in the clearing and grubbing stages. After the clearing is completed, utility facilities will be relocated and roadways will be constructed in stages. The overall road project is anticipated to take 3-4 years.

~ Architectural Change Requests ~ |

An Architectural Change Request (ACR) must be submitted and approved before making any modifications which are visible from the exterior of the home.
Email to Yogesh Borkar your ACR Form 2025 with drawings, etc. attached (the email address is listed on the request form). The information submitted should include "at least the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, color, texture and location of such structure, alteration or landscaping." See Article VII of the Covenants HERE for further detail.
Please submit at least 30 days in advance, to allow time for review.
Architectural changes include (but are not limited to) change to exterior paint colors, installation of satellite dishes, fences, pools, decks, patios, playsets, trampolines, basketball posts, tree removal, etc.

Go to the Forsyth County Sheriff's website to Report an Incident (non-emergency), Request Extra Patrol, Vacation Checks, and to access information on local accidents, arrests, incidents, and sex offenders.
If you observe any suspicious or criminal activity that is currently taking place, call 911 immediately.
